Manish D overwrote the guava dependency to 33.7.2 in the Enterprise Java Repository.
Jessie fixed treating a complete DER private key as DER in isDerKey in the JavaScript SDK.
Michael H switched consensus benchmarks to 28 nodes in the Consensus Node Repository.
